Great read. Chris Anderson Free: The Future of a Radical Price. I actually listened to the audio book. I’ve implemented quite a few the methods in this book. He explains the full understanding of what the freemium model is. Basically it try our product and sample it. If you like it maybe you want to pay for more features.
